- 9th December - Visit to Bletchley Park and Windsor Castle on February 4th and 5th 2009.
- 11th October - The Society recently toured Southern Ireland in search of Peel connections.
- 31st May - 25th Annual Banquet of the Peel Society - The Chief Constable announces a change of policy.
- 17th May - The Prime Minister, the Rt. Hon Gordon Brown M.P., has agreed to become a patron of the Peel Society
- 11th May - The Top Hat of the third Sir Robert Peel returns to Drayton Manor.
- 7th May - Peel Society visits three sites associated with Sir Robert Peel and the Peel family.
- 27th April - Peel Society's 25th Annual Banquet at Drayton Manor Park.
- 18th January - A Peel Society reunion in Australia!
- 16th January - The programme for 2008 is published.
